Was with my Aunt & wife. Was going to Care Hospital Nampally as my Uncle was in ICU. Don't know much abt Nampally area in Hyd. There was a crossroad where signal was highly delusive. Unfortunately, I saw the Red Light when I had already crossed Zebra crossing. I stopped my car & tried to back up, but suddenly a traffic police constable came in front as if he knew that these kinds of mistakes happen normally there. I said sorry to him & tried to explain him that I was not able to see signal. But he told me that I had to pay fine. I asked him to give receipt. He said that it will take time to bring the receipt book & u ll have to pay Rs 200. If u give me 100 Rs I will let u go. Cudn't wait due to circumstances so I paid the bribe.
