I came back from China after a year for my marriage, my brother came to pick me from Airport, on our way to Agra, we were stopped at the Badarpur Check post at delhi, and they asked for the car papers, license etc, when we gave them all the documents, the police constable started arguing regarding the pollution check, which we never thought can be an issue, and we asked him to issue the Chalan, but he saw my baggage and realized that I am coming from abroad, he started gave us all the crap that he can do this, and that...and it will effect my passport...will be problem for my future traveling..I was exhausted..and finally we gave him 1000 INR and he was happy to let us go...
