My name is Veer Pratap Singh,I was with my friend Amandeep Singh Khurana on Bike in our local area,a constable came and asked to stand the bike on one side after which he asked for all the documents we said yaa we have all the docs., then he asked us to pay Rs. 800 for driving without helmet,we said sir we are just student we do not have enough money,then he asked us how much we have we said sir only 100, he said to give that 100 to him.
