We were asked for payment without receipt for cremation at MS Palya

We were asked for Rs 4,500 towards bamboo frame for body and pot to carry ashes when we went to the MS Palya crematorium. There was a board that said dont make any payment and my cousin even brought that to the attention of the officer. He replied saying that's not for the bamboo frame !
