One day a shady looking (dalal) gentleman walked into my store and asked if i had a trade license. As i had not applied for it, he gave me his name and a paper with a list of documents for application. for a small fee, he would get docs in order & apply for me.
He told me that if the Inspector comes in to issue a challan, i should just tell him that , Dalal was handling my file.
Inspector then duly walks in after a few days, and challans only those who refused to work with Dalal.
Then after some time application was submitted and again Inspector walks in to bargain his FEE. Once a advance was paid in cash was the Licence issued. Balance was collected after i got my paper from *******
