When I reported my car being stolen. Worst experience with Police

As i checked in the morning, and found that my car is missing. I reported to the Police Station Sec-20, Noida. A policeman demanded Rs.1000 for filing FIR, I had no choice. I gave them.
Now, the drama starts. I filed my case to the court, as Police has to give a report that they can not trace the vehicle. And, insurance company needed that report. In court, I had to give every person I interact, a bribe. 100Rs to put my file on top, and even the type writer who sits in front of Judge, demands 50Rs to give my file to judge.
Now, Mr ******* (Police), misspelled my name. I came to know inspector do this knowingly, as this will help them get bribe. I get it corrected on a fees of 500 Rs.
The whole process took 5 months, and the worst experience. As, I have to give lot of bribe for each official involved, whether Police/court.
The system sucks! A common man can not do anything, but forced to give bribe!!!
