The new recruits as primary teachers had to pay money to ABSA to get their joining letters issued, to get their service books prepared and to ensure that their salaries get credited regularly. This interdepartmental corruption should end. After recruitment also teachers are made to pay for their leaves, arrears bills etc. This is really ridiculous.
