I wanted a release deed done and i knew that nothing moves in sub registrar office without bribing. I had to run around between ********** Sub reg office and Wilson garden sub reg office. However i heard that the ********** Sub registrar is not only a greedy mother ********** but also needs all kinds of useless documents. So he refused to bite the bait. So i had to go to the Wilson garden Sub reg office. THis ********** accepts bribes and does not need a ton of documents. Congratulations to the govt of Karnataka, the sub registrars for screwing the common man and enriching themselves. These are the lowlifes we need to live with.
