Win - Win Situation
I offended traffic rule. Official fine was 400. I paid 100 to the traffic police. Win Win for both.
Passport Office - Long Long queue. I had 2 hours in hand and had to go to office. Paid 300 and got my work done in 1 hour. Win Win Situation.
Same in the Corporation Officetion.
I dont mind bribing. Both myself and the officer are at Win Win situation :).
