When Hand written RTC was in practice, the Village accountant issued a handwritten RTC for our land, however, he did not make any entry in the books. However, the same VA was transferred to another place and there during his service he passed away. When computerized RTC system came implemented, i visited new VA for issuing new RTC, however, he demanded 2,000. I rejected this and went through normal process to get it through right channel. Astonishingly, even after 1 year of run from offices to offices and table to table, my issue remain unsolved as, this VA is somewhere comes into picture. Finally, since that in needed this very badly some of the official proof, i could not wait anymore. so i had to settle with him for 1500
