Work not done inspite of paying bribe.

Now looking back and supporting ********** Hazare for a noble cause, i feel sorry for my actions done a month back. Having gone through an agent i happened to pay Rs. 650/- instead of Rs.250/- for change of book type driving license to Smart card license. The saddest part being even after paying a bribe, i have still not received my license.

Window Clerks at Andheri (W) RTO openly accept bribes with the forms from the touts and agents and blindly signing and authorizing applications without scrutinising the applications.
