My vehicle was towed away when I parked in front of SBI Bank, Panathur Road branch.
I was told that my vehicle would be available behind Vim's hospital. When I went there, i demanded that I be given the receipt and I'd pay the applicable fine (which is 650 Rs. Towing Charges + 100 violation charges).
However, the guy told me that I'd have to wait for long, if I need the receipt. I was able to get only 15 min permission from office and reluctantly paid a bribe of Rs.500.
Just go to the actual spot (Behind Vim's hospital, Maratahalli), you would able to catch the police personnel who demand bribe.
