Wrongly parked 2 wheeler in 4 wheeler parking area

Just went to buy a cake on behalf of wife B'day. Just in front of cake shop there was a 4 wheeler parking area. I just parked my 2 wheeler and went to buy a cake. But in not time the lifter came and took away the bike and they asked me for 400 Rs but they managed with 150 with not payment slip.
