You need to pay Bribe to Register your Resident Wellfare Association!!!

As a Member of Welfare association, we have to re-register our association, Myself colleagues went to do the same found out that to legally register the companies you need to pay a Bribe of 29000 Rs through a tout. Though the fee is around 5000 only.
