Democracy without dissent?

The anti-corruption movement has often been tinged with a communal element, given the presence of various religious leaders taking an active part in it. Looking at the lack of logical rigour that has become the highlight of the UPA’s effort in attacking the Jan Lokpal Bill, does this communal argument stand justified?
