Corruption in government is pervasive and threatening to halt our growth as a nation. There is no doubt that a corrupt public servant has to be brought to book at the earliest. But, with the decision to remove Article 311 of the Constitution, the consequences for the country would be grave if civil servants come to be freely and casually probed and prosecuted…
