Govt plans Bill to check low-level graft

The government is planning to introduce a Bill to check low-level graft. As transactional corruption becomes increasingly widespread and a daily menace, a law that checks graft at the lowest level is certainly the need of the day. Will the Public Services Grievance Redressal Bill help in tackling corruption at the grass-root level?
