Noted journalist Prem Shankar Jha argues tackling corruption in the political domain requires larger reforms and cannot be limited to the enforcement of the Lokpal Bill. Does this mean more transparency with regards to the funding of political parties? Is a strong Election Commission with a powerful auditing wing a pre-requisite?
