Lokpal debate was fixed, not choreographed

The Parliament has failed once again in passing the Lokpal Bill. As this was followed by the regular blame-game politics, it was conveniently described as an act that was choreographed. It’s time to question if the Lokpal match was an act choreographed or fixed?
