My permanent address and house is in chikmangalore district... But

• Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs
• Transfer of Ration Card

My permanent address and house is in chikmangalore district... But I stay in Bangalore for work purpose.. In Bangalore we need local ration card and other ID proof for my children's education.. Can I transfer my ration card and id proofs from my native to Bangalore..? If I tranfer do I require for future needs to my permanent house to pay kandhaya, electricity bill etc... Plz guide me?
