$25 for my personal laptop.

• Customs, Excise and Service Tax
• Customs Check and Clearance
• Paid INR 1,250

I got 2 laptops, one from office which I carried along with me from India and one brought from US. second laptop was around Rs 40k, the customs calculated a tax for Rs 5300 for Rs15000 (40000-25000). I have to give $15 and Rs 500 to get out from customs(Yes, bribe not tax).
My mistakes, I would have asked for tax chart & calculations, and noted down the names of those **********.
This my first time abroad, next time I would be much more cautions and alert.
Before boarding make sure you list your devices at respective airports.
I was so upset after returning back.
