4000 neither your nor mine

• Paid INR 4,000

I came back to India from London on and the bloke at customs checked my stuff and informed that, I got to pay Rs 9K. Of which a lot was second hand stuff taken from India when I went there. Anyways he asked me to shell out 4k which would be neither his nor mine desired amount.
