I had an helmet but he asked for bribe , all documents were availabrle but a fake report wad added and chalan was reported againt me of rs1000 for not wearing the helmet. Name of The Officer is Shayam Singh of Traffic police department. Time 1:30pm dated 2.11.16. Location is mall road bada chauraha.l, infront of z square mall.
