Background Verification for getting passport

I went to my nearest Police station on 2016-08-14 at the time of Notebandi for police verification. The Inspector demanded 1000 RS as a bribes for doing one signature on my documents and we could not do anythings on this. I felt very ashamed on the current situation of our system. Even I was thinking to make such kind of system to report our issue but still some fields are untouched, I am still working on the system to improve our education system in India. I think this website should acknowledged by maximum possible citizens. Final world government involvement is 100% needed here to be a corruption free India.
