I paid it..yes i did and felt bad that i paid it...but i had no other option as the police personnel was threatening to fine more than 1000 rs... didn't have any option at that time other than bribing him and getting away by paying 200....
Our lack of knowledge about the fine amount related to the rto department has been an main issue and should be solved asap
