BRIBE PAID TO THE *******

Good Afternoon,
I am Syed Afsar Raza, completed my M.B.A. from Osmania University via Shadan Institute of Computer Studies for Boys. Actually I am not sure about the date. My college is very close to the Khairatabad R.T.A. office located in Somajiguda, but it is called Khairatabad R.T.A. I am the native of Karimnagar which is 150kms from the capital. I came here to pursue my M.B.A. My family has the Transportation business. One day my eldest brother Mr. Syed Sadath Raza had given a vehicle documents for signature of the concerned officer. Me and brother went to the officer and my brother talked to him for some time and told him that my brother i.e., me will come by tomorrow for the signatures on the heavy vehicle papers. THAT OFFICER IS BALD AND FAT WITH A MEDIUM HEIGHT. When I went the another day to the officer's cabin with the vehicle's papers and told him that me and my brother had came yesterday. He remembered and signed on the papers and given it to the POLICE MAN. The name of the police man is MARUTHI. That police man always sat the door of cabin of that officer. When I asked him the vehicle papers outside the cabin, he asked me a bribe of 250 rupees. I argued with the policeman and went to the officer to talk with that officer. He also argued with me and told me that he will not handle the papers until I give 250 rupees to the police man. This went for some time and at last I had given money to the police man. After some time there I learned that the 200 rupees will to the pocket of that officer and 50 rupees to the police man and I had seen that police man taking the bribes from the other common people. Sorry I dont remember the name of that officer, but I can recognize his face of that officer and also the police man. I HUMBLY REQUEST THE AUTHORITIES CONCERNED TO ACT IN THIS ISSUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I WANT THE DEMOCRATIC CORRUPTION FREE INDIA.
