Bribe paid for passport verification.

I had applied for passport in year 2008.For passport verification, cops @Ramnagar police station, [ Dombivili(East), Taluka: **********, District: Thane, Pincode: 421201], demanded Rs. 500 for completion of process even though i had all the relevant documents with me.

They were asking for the same thing from every other applicant. The constable there maintains a separate drawer to stash away the collected bribe.

Same practice is going on till date and no one complaints fearing the retaliation from police.
