In Indian metro cities(Chennai, Bangaluru, Delhi, etc.,), other than EURO 4 commercial vehicles should not be registered. IT IS A RULE but in RTO, officers are taking bribe and registering it. The commercial vehicle manufacturer should stop bribing and they should not sell the vehicle.
