Bribe is a Right!!

I had gone to the police station for passport verfication. A number of people there were present. We were made to wait for 5 minutes and everybody was asked to fork out 100 bucks each and proceed to the next room. No questions asked or answered.!! 100 bucks from each person. I am sure it adds upto 10000 a day at least..
