Bribe Start at normal goverment office and end at my respective parliment

- New Domestic Driving License
- Paid INR 200
After I learnt driving properly went to RTO ffice to get licence. Officials rejected my application with out bribe. At the paid 200rs and got my Licence. If it continues India has no future. Need some positive change for that I will provide my heartly support.
