I paid bribe for getting the ticket reserved for emergency in the goverment bus service. It is in Pondicherry Bus stand. Officer asked for 100 rupees. After getting ticket I didnt pay money. He didnt return the remaining money. He was asking as it is his right. i dont know his address.
