XXXX attender named XXXX, demanded a bribe of 1000Rs to provide my transcripts. He was so rude and shouted in native language that "I don't have patience and why people like me come and kill his time". He missed the logic that he is paid to serve us. He is an attender and I own two companies. On top of that, he asked for bribe. I waited for 6 hours and he is saying that I don't have patience. Who is wasting whose time? I am searching for proper channel to report his rude behavior to University authorities. There are so many deserved people who can justify the job and respect human interactions.
