I paid 1500 bribe for carrying 1 bottle of liquor in my car while i was on a trip tp ooty .The policemen threatened to confiscate the Car. Im a pondicherry resident . Is there a persmissible amount to carry or can i get permission from any department on grounds of personal usage .
