I wanted to get my vehicle transferred and had all the documents when i contacted RTO officials they gave me vague answers and I had to run from one desk to other to some other building. The office was filthy and smelling like pig. Finally, i asked one official and he charged me 1000 for few hundred work(legally) and helped me getting my vehicle transferred. Even after paying is amost 4 times i had to chase him to get my work done.
