I was caught by the police @PTC chennai. I had all the papers current.Then as they could find anything to charge for, asked me to pay fine since my number plate was not in correct format. I didnt understand what is the correct format. The plate should be white and numbers written in black is what is known to me. I waited half an hour as I didnt want to pay the fine. Then he said talk to my senior official. I talked to him and he said ok leave. I went back to the policeman and said your senior has said to leave me. He said leave your scooter here and go else pay 100 rs and take ur scooter. I asked him to talk to his superior where he signalled to allow me to leave. The first instance where i didn't pay a single penny. But, they tried to harass till the end for mere 100 rs. These corrupt offcials should be caught and put behind the bars.
