I was going on the bike,and this police called Mr James stopped me n ask for license ,i showed him,after that he started harassing me because i am from north east, i showed him all the proper documents.but he did not listen to me.and said he wants rs 2500 for not wearing helmet, he thinks i am a fool,pls any concerned authority, take action to this police man.
