Few months back i went to the Nandanvan Police Station, Nagpur for my passport verification.After completing all the documentation the man Tripati (he was Policeman But shamed to called him as police) who did all documentation asked for Rs 300 Service charge for work.When we asked him for what work is is demanding money he told us everyone has to pay bribe to get personnel verification.
