I Crossed a bridge closed between 9:00am - 9:00pm, But there was no board sign showing it was closed for 2 wheelers between specified times and a group of Traffic Polices were there to catch us like fishes in there net. He asked for 500/- after negotiating he lowered it to 300/-, when asked for receipt he refused giving it and told us that receipt would cost more.
I was just a student and new to the city so didn't know what is needed to be done.
