My Driving Licence was issued in 1977 by then I was 17 years old.I did my renewal in 1995 and it was renewed upto 2010. When I submitted for renewal I was told that at the time of issue in 77 your age was under 18 and the renewal will not be possible. otherwise you pay 5000 to get a fresh licence and discard the old one. I am 52 and I have paid 5000 to take a new LLR and waiting to make it *******
