Earning money through malpractice

Reported on December 31, 2017 from Bangalore , Karnataka  ι Report #174037

Respected Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that I have been mentally harassed in my college by demanding me to pay a donation
amount of Rs 1,00,000 even though I have cleared all types of fees. I am a
student of 2nd year BAMS of the below mentioned college details.
College Name: INDIAN INSTITUTE OF AYURVEDIC MEDICINE AND RESERACH,
BANGALORE.
Affiliated to: RAJIV GANDHI UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH SCIENCES, BANGALORE.
Under the aegis of: SRI KRISHNA RAJENDRA CHARITABLE TRUST.
Address: Palace Compound, Jayamahal Main Road, JC Nagar, Bangalore, Karnataka. 560006.

Sir/Madam, I am financially very weak
student so I took education loan of Rs 2,48,300 from Gramin Bank for my
2nd year tuition fees and other expenses. After deducting the tuition fees of Rs 1,62,000 the rest amount of Rs 86,300 should be refunded to me by the college. But the college is demanding me Rs 1,00,000 as donation amount or else they won't refund my Rs 86,300. The chairperson of the college is not listening me and my guardian despite several letters/emails/approach. The college already took Rs 5,00,000 from me at different times in the 1st year by scaring me to cancel my admission, won't provide admit card, won't allow to sit in the final exam etc. I have documents of tuition fees paid for 1st year and 2nd year but I don't have documents of lakhs of money they took from me other than tuition fees. They didn't provide receipt despite several request. As I am from a poor family I am unable to run my daily expenses for which we took education loan. But the college is harassing me since 3 months and not refunding my money. I am running behind the college everyday.
This is a very serious issue happening with almost all students and the fresher students also. They will charge lakhs of money upto 11 lakhs during admission and wont provide any receipt. Later on before the commencement of exam they will again charge some random students to pay lakhs of money or else they will scare the students of not allowing to sit in practical exams, won't provide admit card etc.
The trustee is running a charitable trust only by name but in reality it has been turned into a business hub in the name of education. Please see the matter and initiate necessary steps to stop this type of malpractice in the name of charitable trust and education.
Thanking you.
