I was stopped by a constable and he demanded papers,i had all my papers.he pointed my number plate being wrong. i pointed out that the vahile did not belong the this state and i am yet to receive the new number plate from RTO. he would not listen to anything i say,i later had to fight as he wont accept my bribe of rs.50 and demands rs.100 . i told him that the government fine is rs.100 and if i pay that i need a receipt. he had my vahicle keys with him and for that i paid the bride,face full of abuses. this practice costs the country a lot of money,if we are asked to pay road fine i need to ask WHERE IS THE ROAD.. i and driving on mud. dam our government.
