Fine for no reason

Driving my bike at 45kmph in an express IT road(OMR). Is this an Offence? I was stopped by a traffic cop and was asked to pay Rs.200 as a bribe and i have paid Rs.300 as a fine for over speed. What can i do now! Is this a right thing that traffice police did and there names are CS. Ramesh and B. Suresh Kumar. Even i have all the papers with and i ware my helmet.
