SP was transferred on corruption compliants. to open an FIR i had to call the PS more than 30 times and it took more than 30 days to open an FIR. To get a copy of FIR, need to bribe the police. To not file a false FIR need to bribe. if you want soemthing, then money is the only thing....what a country
