I went to take driving license test in ********** RTO office in Dist. Thane, Maharashtra. Since I did not have my car, I approached an agent to arrange a car for me. Agent took me to test location, gave my documents to Inspector conducting the test. Inspector asked me to sit in a car. I sat in the car, there was a man sitting beside driver's seat in the car. As soon as I ignited cell, car automatically started running. I was stunned for a moment, later I realized that I was sitting in a driving training car and the person sitting next to me was driving it!! This is a reason why number of accidents keep going on in India. Really immoral behavior from ********** RTO and RTO officer conducting the test!!..
