Somebody snatched my purse in Hyderabad in March 2011. I lost my credit cards and RC (Vehicle Registration Certificate). To get the duplicate RC, I had to pay the fee, get a police certificate and then apply for the duplicate. I gave a complaint in Narsingi Police station (which is ISO 2000 certified) and did not want to pay bribe. I had to go around the station for 7 months but could not get it done.
Finally I gave up and had a deal with the writer in the Police Station t pay him 300 and 700 for the SI. Within 10 minutes, he got my certificate done !!!!!!!! This is ISO 2000 certified bribe!!!!!!
