FOR seeking job abrod ,one have to make his educational certificates authanticated by HRD Ministary.for this purpose i was sent to U P sacretaraite for authantication. in UP it is being done at Sacraterate"s gate no-9, counter no-6. at counter no-6, a wall poster is pasted,indicating that no fee is required for authantication,but inspite of compliting all the formalities all the candidates were being forced to paybribe. in order to do the athantication ,i have also paid rs 1000. not only me but all the person seeking authantication has paid bribe ranging from rs 1000 to rs 3000 under the nose of higher adminisrative officials of UPgovernment and it is a daily routine. moreover bribe was handed over to MR.RAJARAM who was dealing counter no-1, sometime counter no-4 ,counter no-6. this should be stopped.
