I drive, my license ...why bribe

• New Domestic Driving License
• Paid INR 2,000

Simple thing people. you learn your own. you take license mostly for your vehicle. why bribe third person? but i did. i am not sure why. i was not in hurry. i would have attended 10000 times the same test if i failed. but we all have fear of disgrace for loosing simple tasks. to prove right (even if it is wrong we pay)
he took it from me in between form papers.
