I had to bribe the official to simply let me take the driver's test

21 years old and excited to get my drivers lisence. Waited for 2 hour with all my forms and papers. Noone called my name. I finally gave in and paid the official 1000 rupees. I was immediatly taken for a driver's test. I drove in a straight line for 500 yards and passed.
