For sake bringing my two wheeler to Andhra pradesh from Tamilnadu. I have paid sum of 2500 rupees to RTO office in Virugambakkam chennai. In spite not having any issues with my bike.
I am totally disappointed with rate they had fixed for getting NOC from RTO office in chennai
It's primary business for most of the employees in RTO and they are addicted by Bribe. Because it's not easy for one to get caught.
