I paid bribe for parking my vehicle infront of a private resident near B 2 police station

A police official asked bribe for parking vehicle in that area. He didnt file FIR , instead he asked bribe of 200 rs, but i was against that , so he added the negligence law and added 1000 rs and again 300 for talking against the law.
